Where growth blossoms and spreads.

Therapy for adults that's rooted in the idea that your healing and growth changes everything around you.

Individual Therapy

When you do the hard work of understanding yourself, processing what's been weighing on you, and building something more intentional, that growth doesn't stay contained. It moves outward into your relationships, your family, your community. That's collective liberation, and it's what this work is about.

My role as your therapist is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported. Your role is to show up. Together, we'll build a life that actually brings you joy.

What I Can Help With

I work with adults 18 and older navigating a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Life Transitions

  • Trauma

  • Self-Harm and Suicidality

  • Body Image and Body Acceptance

  • Domestic Violence

  • Conflict in Relationships

  • Boundary Development

If you don't see your experience listed here, please reach out anyway. This list isn't exhaustive and neither is my capacity to support you.

What to Expect

Sessions are held via telehealth, which means you can do this work from wherever feels most comfortable to you. I'm licensed in New Mexico, Connecticut, and South Carolina.

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) alongside a trauma-informed, systems-aware approach. That means we're not just addressing symptoms. We're looking at the full picture of your life, your history, and the world around you.

Sessions are flexible in frequency. We'll find a rhythm that works for where you are and what you need.

Fees & Insurance

I accept the following insurance:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • United Healthcare

As well as the following Employee Assistance Programs:

  • ComPsych

  • Corporate Counseling Associates

  • Curalinc

Self-pay rates:
