Clinical Supervision

Supervision isn't just a licensure requirement. It's one of the most important investments you can make in your development as a clinician. The support, guidance, and honest feedback you receive during this period shape not just your skills but the kind of therapist you become.

I offer clinical supervision for social workers in New Mexico working toward their independent clinical license (LCSW). Supervision with me is collaborative, grounded, and rooted in the same belief that guides my clinical work: when one of us grows, we all grow a little.

What I Bring to Supervision

My clinical background spans a wide range of settings and populations, which means I can meet you where you are regardless of the environment you're working in.

My experience includes:

  • Hospital case management (ACM-SW) certified

  • Outpatient care coordination (CCM certified)

  • Hospice

  • Community mental health

  • School social work

  • Law

  • Individuals, couples, and family therapy

I also offer support with studying and preparing for the LCSW licensure exam.

How It Works

The purpose of supervision is to provide guidance, support, and oversight as you work toward meeting the clinical experience requirements for LCSW licensure in New Mexico, as outlined by the NM Social Work Board of Examiners.

Sessions are held virtually. Frequency and structure are determined together based on your needs, caseload, and where you are in the licensure process.

Fees

Supervision fees range from $60 to $100 per hour, depending on experience level and session structure.
